Thomas Weiss graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1997. He was born and raised in Queens, New York. After graduating from Law School, Mr. Weiss was admitted to practice law in New York State and the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Weiss is a skilled and accomplished litigator who has represented such clients as the "Mega Meanie" a lottery winner which was in headline news in 2005. Mr. Weiss was interviewed by all the major television news stations and newspapers. A winning decision in a litigation matter Gomez v. United Parcels Delivery Service of America, Inc. was a decision of interest in the New York Law Journal on May 11, 2006.
Attorney Weiss is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and a member of the Matrimonial Law, Family Law and Real Estate Law Committees. Additionally, Mr. Weiss is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Long Island Real Estate Investors Association
